"I bought an extremely bargain priced 1930's antique 8 day Plymouth Tambor mantel clock at a garage sale in my neighborhood. It wasn't functioning due to a couple of missing parts and there wasn't a key to wind it with. After a search on the internet and a phone call to this shop, I decided to take my newly purchased clock to Heritage House Clocks to get it repaired. After a few weeks or so, it was repaired with the missing parts installed, a new winding key supplied and some verbal instructions provided to help me get started with my clock.
